The Challenge
Service providers in Sri Lanka often face high friction when listing their services on general classified sites. We needed to build a platform that allows for rapid ad creation (under 2 minutes) while maintaining high security and data integrity for both seekers and providers.
Strategic Solution
Leveraging Next.js for high performance and Firebase for a robust, real-time backend, we implemented a serverless architecture that scales seamlessly. We prioritized standard web security policies (CSP, HSTS) achieving an A+ rating for security headers, ensuring a safe environment for user contact data.
Outcome
Successfully launched public beta with A+ security rating and sub-second load times. The platform is actively facilitating connections between niche service providers and a growing user base in Sri Lanka.
